Dorval, thats because PES is PAL and WE is NTSC. But PES3 supports 60Hz, if you play 60Hz then the speed is almost the same as the NTSC, WE in this case. PES4 will also support 60Hz, so that means that the game will not be slower then WE8, except if you play the game on 50Hz offcourse ;) BTW...

I believe that you can make a Bin file from the CD with CDRwin. But the best way is to kopy the created Bin file in a new folder. But when nessecary you can always use CDRwin.
