    Ha ha. I must agree that it's very annoying. I think it's supposed to stop people from setting up a two player game in a Champions League and then just leaving the opponent doing nothing making it easy to win. But if people want to ruin the game for themselves why not just let them?

    thats one thing that is better in Fifa 09, shaun7...if you get a guy like rooney or ballack you can really rip shots from outside the box. of course they don't usually go in as they're low percentage chances but sometimes they do and it's really awesome

    The truth is that if it were easy to fix these problems the designers would have done so already. I'm sure they are as aware of the imperfections as all the players are but there must be some complications. Just master the game, even if it's not a perfect representation of real soccer.
