    Extract first 5 parts (TEAM_PES-X_PPF_1.ppf and TEAM_PES-X_PPF_2.ppf) Open ppf-o-matic; select ISO file, select ...1.ppf file, apply, waiting (appro. 10 mins). After select again ISO file, select second ...2.ppf file, apply, waiting (5-10 sec.) and other ppf files (fix, update, update_fix...)...

    Yes, i have original copy. Make a ISO file with DVD Decrypter and write again (unpatched), it's working. But patched version is not working.
