    Hmmm I am not very familiar with the PS3 patching, I remember it was a hard thing to get it to work, at least on PES 2011 with PS2 hehehe Straight to the point, I am not sure, maybe there is a way to create your faces on PC and then convert the face files somehow to PS3. I hope you find any...
