Scripting in Fifa is so bad that you know you're going to score or concede if you get or concede a corner in the 90th. Yep, the game even resorts to manipulating your input. I don't care about offline against CPU but just keep scripting out of all human vs human modes

True, but in real life you get more success by keeping it on the floor. Crap teams use the 'long ball' tactic a lot because they can't pass & are not creative enough & it generally gets them nowhere unless they play other teams of similar poor quality.
