Why do players do it? For instance, I'm playing a 3-4-3 at the moment (diamond midfield) and I had Wright-Phillips on the right and Zenden on the left, however when attacking down the right side, Zenden would decide to just not bother. Now I don't mean stand still or just stay back in...
