    there's no real short-cut to upgrading your shot acc, max out your training points, score lots of goals especially in the champions league games. other than that i don't know. I'm in my ninth season and my shot acc is only 75. I play RMF. It probably rises quicker for Forwards or Strikers...

    seriously you need to give the game more time.... in BAL your player sucks at first... and there is no point in trying tricks and flicks as you will just loose the ball. "keep it simple" if you are new to this mode it takes time to learn how to play... its as much about movement off the ball...

    its realistic in the fact he will probably develop into a 90 + player by 2017... player development increases exponentially... you get better .... you play better... you score more... you assist more... and so on... by age 25 you should be king ;)
