no, on different server, I played on euro server before, it has a lot lot more players on line, you need to be really early to enter a competion, it is always full.

I almost give up online play, button delay makes this game unplayable, I used to play 2008 on ps2, it was laggy, but no button delay, still playable. I have tried about 30 games so far, I quitted about half of those due to button delay, I remember I only had one good game

this is BS, it has nothing to do with settings at our end, this is a problem they need to solve. I played all other online games fine without default settings
