    Not sure about PC version, the editor only opens PS2 .xps files. There is a converter for converting max to xps and vice versa, its easy.

    Stats I believe he is using Football Manager 07 stats + a simple stats converter program that you can download. Some say the converter isn't perfect, but is is better than nothing. I'm using this method to make stats for some USL Division 1 teams, which is the US 2nd div.
