Yes, you can. First of all open up the file you want the specific players to be added to (OF1), then go to File > Open OF2 and select your old option file with these players on (OF2). Then select a player that you would like to replace on the existing option file by double clicking them...

I presume you are talking about the PESFan Editor... Yes, you can convert the format of the option file. To do this you need to open an actual max drive option file first, then go to File > Open OF2...select the file you want to be converted to max drive format...then go to Tools > Convert...
