you would need a chip to be able to play the inport of the pal game. as for your tv just use a third party scart lead and that should allow the game to play on your tv

do u even need a router cant it just be put frmm a network card in your pc. or via ethernet port staight from the modem its self i have mine running off a switch which is connected to a shared net connection with my downstaris pc and it works fine
