i have a problem now in PES6 PC ONLINE i join english server and when i chose the lobby the loading take like 2 min and after that COULD NOT ENTER LOBBY and the lobby is not full why ThaT ?? HelP

I heard from some friends that PES online is waste of time cuz it is full of noobs and Lag like if u play 10 games your can just enjoy 1 or 2 game and the other games no fun and in some games u cant show your skill ?? is that true ?
