i got alot of young players i want to loan out, ive loaned out 3 i have about 5 more on the loan list and now all of a sudden no one wants to loan these players how come?

hi basically i had 1.01 update for the ps3 but my ps3 crashed so all my data was wiped out now theres a new update but i need 1.01 first so i can import wenb option file then i will upgrade to the newest one, so is there anyway to upgrade to 1.01? please help.
