I see that PES3 has side on view (normal) for taking throw ins. Can this be changed to the old view of first person throwing. In the manual instructions it shows a picture of this view but I can't seem to find out how to do it!

I have read a lot now on people able to choose from 16 referees in PES3 on playstation 2. I have not found that option. Can anybody help??
