ive herd that master league teams can be used online i hvnt seen 1 person do this....how do i do it???

ive found that rooney, adriano, cassano and henry are all amazing and are stil improving. henry is 31 and is well ova his growth line .... will he go down suddenly or stop improving???? gerrard and lampard are also changing between 95 and 94 shot power each match......
