. You can use brazil national team emblem in a uniform once you have it as a logo and thenyou can added to the uniform. You cant change the emblem ( the flag) that brazil has but as I said before you can put the original emblem as a logo instead of the flag in the uniform.

^^^^^^There it is you cant see it bet its there. Select it with the mouse and save it. Thats the best I could do. hope it helps. :)
