You should put it under My Documents\KONAMI\Winning Eleven Pro Evolution Soccer 2007\save Substitute "Winning Eleven...." for Pro Evo if that's what version you have. Just overwrite the old file with the new one. You might have to go under data management in options and load the option file.

Does anyone have the facelist for WE2007? I'd really like to change the players faces, but I've been told the facelist is different than PES6. Does anyone have one for WE10? Would be a huge help.
