The game does cheat, so you need to get the ai scripting removal patch by Komu. This guy is brilliant and has actually edited the exe which is technically making it a new game (and probably infringing on copyright too) A new one should come out in the next few days. Google komu patch pes 2011...

I guess the only way around this is to simulate a big buyer coming in and beefing upo your club's stocks, i.e. with a ML trainer cheat/hack or increasing the starting money. Although I hope there is someone out there who can make a custom patch to fix this. A guy who goes by the alias "Komu"...

Nope. It's not possible at this stage. No one has made a tool.

Modifications/option files between consoles are non-interchangable. For the PS3, there is a guy called chimps with quiffs, who has made a PS3 exclusive gameplay option file. I was sobbing when I found out that I couldn't get it for PC, but then my new hero, Komu, came along and got his work...

Technically, I think he could be arrested, as I imagine he would have had to decompile the exe, which is illegal. Although I hardly think he is making Konami lose out on alot of revenue, unless he goes and creates his own soccer sim :P

I like how he has created different versions of the file, and think he should keep doing it like so, as everyone has different styles. One will find it great, the other will find it rubbish, as we have observed already. (Although based on replies, majority like it)

It doesn't replace, it patches your current exe. Therefore if you already have a no-cd one, then it will stay that way.

Maybe it doesn't, but just replaces it with the correct [cracked] version of the EXE?

We need to find out exactly what the pesedit patch changes in the exe. If it's just aesthetic stuff like music, hair, chants, then its all good to use this patch with it and sacrifice some of those things

It should do, as it edits the exe. So, essentially, he's changing the whole game by doing so.

Is it possible to convert ps3 option files to pc? Or is the gameplay different on ps3 to pc so it wouldn't be worth it? I've been searching for a PC gameplay of for ages but no luck, and reading through this I have heard great things indeed.

You guys should also try Zekon's option file. It modifies everyone's stats and has an excellent result. I use the extra hard one. Don't be shocked when you look at the stats, just play! e.g. the passing speed stat is reduced considerably for everyone but in the game it's awesome. What i do is...
