The freezing was happening for me in the tunnel but only ever on the first game I played when turning the PS3 on - so the opposite of overheating :) Letting the tunnel bit go a bit longer first game seems to have sorted the problem. Not had a crash in weeks now.

It's frustrating for a while but becomes a routine if you play with someone else on a regular basis. Perhaps it's what Konami might term 'added value' because it keeps you playing for longer :)

The CPU seems to have been pretty quick to snap up my irregulars - certainly many more transfers out of the club than in any previous version. I've sold about 7 or 8 in the last 2 seasons.

Having missed out on getting the Champions League title to Brondby by going and buying 2010 before they made it, I feel obliged to get them there this time. Why wouldn't you want a team with a well as their logo. I don't really understand choosing big teams to play with, doesn't sit with my idea...

It tells you in the top left the financial details of the offer. You could also go into the screen to alter the offer from where you chose to accept it.

I have the same problem with the game freezing just prior to a match starting (the loading stars just stop) . It is also usually the first game I think - I'd not really noticed but now I think about it, this is probably the case.
