it doesn't work.i can't find teams that aren't in the original game when i open the OF. I edit the ranking for some teams but when i start ML and i'm looking for team ranking it changed back.And if i'm looking for league ranking , nothing changed, england has 3 teams + 1 at the qualifying round...

yes,this rankings can't be edited from the option file or from something like that? they are only in the game source code?that's my question about.
