after an uneventful morning and afternoon gave the helpline a ring, got told I wasnt the only one with this problem and others had also contacted them, no joy here so they gave me Konamis number after caling them (they had also had ppl call them ref this) just told me to keep trying- 4 hours...

Morning fella, identical problem to you. Was getting really excited, anticipation building up and all I got...was pipe music and 'testing network enviroment'!!??!! went onto PES5.net as suggested but no joy what so ever. Just keep trying until I can figure it out. Will let you know.
