I tried the search, but I couldn't find anything that helped me. I'm adding teams to PES5 (for personal use), but so far I've been doing so by replacing PES and WE united. Is there any way to add more club teams? (Adding national teams would also be nice, but I doubt that's possible)...

I'm afraid you'll need to find a better host again, it's down again (I need to re-download it, I obviously didn't save it when I saw it... )

Sheer brilliance how can you use it as intro movie in the game though?

I found an option file editor, but it can't edit more than I can do in-game. It's quite usefull, though not what I'm looking for... it's called EditPES4OptionFile (by some guy named Yannick)

Consider that I'm a REAL newbie, so... Where can I find those? And are they hard to use?

err.. yeah.. not really, because you can't choose most options (like edit country name for example, which is quite a vital option when you want a different country in the game!)
