In master league the XP seems to stay at the level it was at when you stopped using the card for the rest of the players career, not 100% sure about BAL but I'd imagine its the same.

You can swap it in or out as many times as you like for a maximum of one year, on the development page your agent shows you after matches you can move through the pages and check the progress of how much your player has learned of the skill card.

If you mean the skill cards, you buy it and attatch it to your player in one of the equipment slots, then he'll train the skill card upto the maximum level and have it for the rest of his career. Basically you have a year to train the card into the player index.

1. It's the accumulated fatigue of the player. When its over half full it means the player loses a % of his all his stats during that game. 2. How attack minded your team is, how far up the pitch your will play.
