13 MAJOR bugs!!!

Hi,

I found these hairy major bugs in the game, reply if you agree (or not)!!!

1. When having a free kick using O + R2 (kicking the ball high) causes the goal keeper to become a complete idiot and the whole defence to become a bunch of retards.

2. KONAMI's "wonderful new cross" (before entering the penalty zone) is one of the stupied cheats I've ever seen.

3. Trying to clear the ball properly whenever the oponent crosses (wheter its from a corner kick or any other cross) is absolutly imposible.

4. Switching players in defence has the 'AI' of a cockroach.

5. The game "always knows" when you got a serious lag, and smartly displayes the "has the transsmition got worse, Konami got your money again and once more you came out a total fool for believing the game would play smooth this year" message.

6. This is one of the bizzarest bugs of have ever seen - when you attack to the left side and passes the ball around, your defence always tries to push forward. Ofcourse if you loose the ball a pass for Messi, Kaka, Ronaldo and the only thing you can do is start praying. Whats bizzare that it wont happen after half time when you'll attack to the right side.

7. There is no way in hell to place the RB and LB at the opponent wingers they'll always be free for the ball.

8. You can play with high pressure all the game and the team wont get tried (ever!). Even if they do it dosent affect thier skills. Anyways its just plain stupied cause pressuring all the time is not possible.

9. This is one of the stupied bugs - You can take one player run the field six times without stopping and he wont get tired or loose he's speed.

10. One of my favorites - Running in one direction and with all the opponent's team on your back and still keeping the ball is the way to do it.

11. Turning to the side with a player that hasnt got a good dribble skills takes 3 seconds.

12. Playing one touch pass game is impossible, sometimes the game dosent get that you pressed the button decades ago.

13. If you got a high rank and your opponent got a low rank and you'll play with a weaker team like Pompy and he'll play the best team like Real, Barca and all the other superhuman teams and god forbbids you lose then you'll get a -20 points score in your rank. In other words Konami says to you "what the hell you were thinking about?".

The big one for me is the penalties - WTF!!!!!!!

Can someone please tell me how the f*&k you score a penalty, it either goes straight at the goalie or horribly wide. Players just commit fouls now in the box knowing your probably going to miss.

I've only played 1 person who seemed to know how to take penalties, hitting them either side with each player.

What was wrong the previous penalty taking system on PES09? This is doing my nut in, can anyone help??

14. When the opponent is doing a counter attack and you hastily try to switch characters, it always switches to a character that's pretty much 30-50 yards away from the player with the ball. The closest defender to the player pretty much stands there until you finally switch to it. On offense, if you mean to pass to persay, Rooney, but the ball goes infront of Nani, Nani will refuse to touch the ball even though there is absolutely no way the ball's going to reach Rooney.

15. When you tell your player to turn around and dribble, sometimes, the player just takes backwards steps really slowly (as if shielding the ball even though no one's behind him) and gives enough time for the attackers to catch up.

16. Even though the ball's coming at an EXTREMELY slow pace, the keepers just have to somehow always end up on the ground and take a long time to get back up and play the ball.

17. This isn't exactly Konami's fault but I guess the players. There are servers called EN-01, EN-02, ES-01, ES-02, etc... people complain about playing with people in Portugal, Brazil, etc, but they don't realize that they're not separating themselves and are joining them. Seriously... join the ES channel if you speak English rather than crowd up the EN (Spanish I believe) channel.

AAAAARRRRGGGHH!!!! This is SOOO stupid, it ALWAYS switches first to the player chasing the player with the ball who is far behind him (check it the next time you play and see that I'm right), why the fuck?! Switch to the player standing INFRONT of the player with the ball, not to the player BEHIND the player with the ball!! The whole cursor switching AI in the game is broken!

Also very annoying, and whats more annoying is that even if you try to switch to that player (e.g that Nani from your example), it will switch to a far away player.

Fucking Irritating. Especially since I was playing a Madrid wannabe and doing really well. It's almost as if at times the game conspires to make you lose.

It doesn't only happen in defense, it happens all around the pitch - players just get stuck in the middle of the ball's route and make it bounce back straight to the opponent. Fucking annoying.

Its easy mate, First u got to use the analog for direction then press [] with the required power and watch it fly in. It takes a bit of practice though:shocking:
