1628: failed to complete installation

Hi, I downloaded the demo of PES5 but keep getting this message when i install it. Does somebody know what to do?

Help Would RLY be Apreciated. ( I WANNA TRY PES5, PLZZZ HEEELP )

It used to say that to me, mate. I got PES4 game on the PC and when i tried to install a file for it it said the same thing... i didnt know what to do, so i just deleted the game... whole hassel and it done my head in.

Try PC section... Id be no help to you, so try the PC Section.

Are u able to play the demo than, because i have this problem too with pes4, so i was so glad the demo of pes5 came out, but it says the same thing.

I found this over on EvoWeb - didnt need to use it myself and not sure if it works or not. I hope it helps though!

"1628 failed to complete instalation"

After trying to install PES5 Demo, I found a sollution reading some articles about this shhit. Thats how I´ve fixed:

0) Open Task Manager (Press Ctrl+Alt+Del) - The currently processes running will be shown
1) Run demo installer
2) Watch in the Task Manager when "idriver.exe" is loaded
3) quickly click on "idriver.exe" in task manager and close it (del)
4) Enjoy the SHow

It worked, THNX GUYS for helping.
One thing was different though, before you click finish you must end idriver.exe.

I was able to play away at PES5 Demo, deleted it then tho, as im not playing PES till it actually comes out...
