There is a new patch just out called The Obsession Patch which is currently only available on Evo-Web, its a pretty decent patch i must say, 99% of kits are correct 05-06 kits and transfers are quite up to date.

Install Instruction:

Save your "0_text.afs,e_text.afs,g_text.afs" the kitserver Folder
also your Optionsfile

- You have to install the official Konami Patch 1_10
otherwise the Patch don´t work correct !!!
- Yust simply click setup.exe and choose your
PES 4 Install Directory
Default English is: C:\Program Files\Konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 4\
Default German is: C:\Programme\Konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 4\

If you got some problems with install, install pes 4 again
and save your old files before

Note:
Be sure you have start the setup.exe into kitserver
directory after install, to activated the kits & balls
If the game crash after opening scene, turn off the
opening scene in your settings, or set the Ball to random
in the gamesetting, maybe this helps


"1" - switches home player kit
"2" - switches away player kit
"3" - switches home goalkeeper kit
"4" - switches away goalkeeper kit
"V" - selects previous extra ball
"B" - selects next extra ball
"R" - selects random extra ball
"C" - resets ball selection back to "game choice"
