Two things I've been wondering about is wich Option File and kitserver is the "best" out there at the moment for English players?
I am by no means a noob when it comes to adding custom and community made addons to different games, but usually (in other games) there is one or a few community promoted addons that is very easy to navigate through a forum or gaming site to get.

This is a great start, but shouldn't Playstation, XBox and PC have different threads when it comes to editing, or preferably keeping the editing forums completely separated for the different consoles, cos you can't use PS3 stuff on a PC or vice versa anyway?
I would like to add that using abbrevations like OF, or KS in a main thread of a certain Option File or Kit Server is a big mistake in my opinion if you'd like to make it easier for the newbies.
For me, since I havent downloaded much custom content for PES prior to 2009 verion.
OF's and Kitserver threw me right off balance and it took me a friggin evening to figure out what everything was even tho I already knew what I was looking for just in different names.
