I was wondering whether i could create my own local/domestic league clubs(Namibia) into this game especially the Master League?

We have clubs here like Civics FC,Blue Waters FC,Young Ones FC,Tigers FC,Black Africa FC,Friends FC,Orlando Pirates FC,Oshakati City FC,Wanderes FC and Chief Santos FC...

I would really appreciate directions.
