Apologies if there is thread on this already, but I did search...
I've recently been playing PES 2010 an awful lot again, probably due to the World Cup and i've realised that the acheivements in the game are rubbish.
Some of them don't even make sense. 'Score the winner in extra time', that should be 'Score the winner in stoppage time'. Hands up who thought they had to score the winner in extra time? 'Perfect Season' should be 'win every game', not 'is awarded for an undefeated season'. These lead to many hours of frustration for me as I was pursuing the completely wrong objective.
It's not just that they are broken, it's that they are boring and predictable as well.
'Win your first game'
'Ten wins in a row'
'Score 5 free kicks'
'Score 5 hatricks'
'Play Master League for 10 years' - at 20 minute's a match, plus 5 minutes in between each game that would take me around 15000 minutes, that's 250 hours or 10.4 days.
Don't get me started on the acheivement for less than one foul in 10 games, or 60 % possession in 10 games...
Boring!
For PES 2011, i'd like to see some more interesting acheivements.
Win by 5 goals on Top Player
Score a hatrick with 2 different players in the same match
Score 10 goals or more with the same player in 10 matches
Win the Champions League two years in a row
Keep 5 consecutive clean sheets
Come back from 3-0 down at half time
Anyone else got any suggestions for more exciting acheivements?
