Adding Chants to the PC version of PES 2009

Appologies if this has been covered already but I have hunted high and low for an answer today with no success. Can chants be added to the PC version as most of the references all point to the PS3 version.? I have the MP3 files however could sombody let me know if chants can be added and if so how do I do it.
