AI - No through balls

Anyone notice no one gets a through ball anymore from AI that a striker would love?

It's like they notice you but prefer to press x instead of triangle (short pass instead of through ball)

I don't play striker so I'm not gonna notice it as much as you, but what team are you at? It might be just down to how good or bad your team mates are. I'm at Bordeaux & Obraniak consistently plays perfect through balls if the runs are right.

Are you using the "Call For The Ball" feature? Double hit R2 when you're in a good position and you're more likely to receive a pass. Maybe not what you're asking but thought I'd mention it just incase.

Actually I've noticed on this year BAL,

DONT press the R2, pressing it causes you to have x, normal short pass. Instead just make constant runs and you'll get the best through balls what BAL has ever had. They try to pass to you very much this hear (happy)

You could be right. Some of the best passes I've received have caught me by surprise, in other words I haven't called for the ball, my team mates have seen me and made up their own minds. That certainly didn't happen much back in '09.
