how can i unlock this team or this players to buy in Master mode

I think I have maybe two possible answers for you:

1) Either they turn up in the newcomers section.

2) Or you cant buy them in Master League.

Well they are my guesses.

Shwarz doesn't exist in ML in this edition of the game...

Most, if not all of the players in Babilayna and... whatever the other team was, are players who assumingly were newcomers on earlier games.

I believe the 09 game added new newcomers but kept the old ones just for the scout match.

Players in scout match doesn't exist in ML. I ever use schwarz in PES series ML but not exist this PES ML. And you can't unlock scout match team.
