GDB folders for:
EPL, Ligue1, Serie A, Eredivise, Liga BBVA, Bundesliga.
Corrected the position of the sleeve patches in all the kits including second and third kits if present. Erased from all the PNG the sleeve patches in order to avoid overlap with the konami one.
Added third kit where it was possible and diferent Gk kit were possible. Added second away kit for Bologna (green one) this was done by me.
All the sleeve patch are relinked according the file unnamed_5879.bin that is included in the rar file.
