American Soccer noob here.... installed options file. Need help please!

This is my first post on these forums! I'm excited to be part of this community!

Ok, I downloaded an options file and I have all the teams uploaded. Now I want to apply all the right logos to their correct league. The problem is I really don't know any of the leagues outside premiere league and la liga.... When I go to pick from icons to upload I have TONS of options (like teams and patches PLUS league icons). Is there a good list somewhere of all the leagues with their icons so I know which icons to pick? I have used Google and it brings up teams and leagues so it still doesn't help. Some emblems look like they could be leagues to me but I think they just might be patches...

Sorry if this is stupid and thank you for any help!

It's not stupid! First of all, welcome to the world of football (or soccer, haha)! You made a good choice on how to be introduced :).

I cannot be of full assistance because I haven't bought it yet but I highly recommend you check out the PES 2016 section where the full teams are listed - ingame names vs real life names, for you to start. The teams usually follow an alphabetical listing but it's not just "Bayern Munchen" for example, it's "FC Bayern" on certain leagues but the FC isn't counted towards order.

Thank you for your reply! I have all the teams set it is just the leagues and cups I'm confused about... So far I have the premier league emblem, the fa cup, and the sky bet championship.... Now where I start to get confused is the "English Super Cup". The options file I have is DFL 1.1 and it has like 36 league emblems. I try to search google for the "English Super Cup" to find the logo but it comes up as some youth tournament. I'm guessing it's supposed to be the cup for the sky bet championship? I just would like a visual showing "English Super Cup" = "Correct Name".

Know what I mean?

Ok, I figured it all out. I already feel like I learned a lot. I have gone through all the training and just been playing exhibition matches. Already can tell I'm getting better. I was always a FIFA player but I already like PES way more. Feels better. Thanks again!
