"An error has occured"

Anytime I go to play PES 09 on my PS3, I get told that "An error has occured" on the first loading screen. (Black screen with the stars on the bottom left corner). After I press circle to get rid of it...it stays on that loading screen...and well...there in lies my problem. It just stays like that.

Any suggestions? I really miss my PES 09 =(

you know what, it happens to me every sort of 10th or 15th time i turn it on... normally i turn the power switch off at the back and leave it for a few seconds. or i start it up without the game in it and that way never fails to work...

Tried switching it off from the back, tried loading it up with the game, tried switching it on with another game or nothing in it at all then putting PES 09 in.
