Animations worse since last patch? (PS3)

I installed the latest PES10 update (PS3) and Blaze69's EDIT file with the modified team strategies. I started a new BAL game and for the life of me, I swear the animations are worse than they were before the patch. It looks to me like they actually removed frames from many animations. Am I imagining things or does anyone else see this? Am I going crazy? :unsure:

Actually I thought that frames were added not removed. Even when training, it looks much clearer now that the player is hitting the ball than it was before the patch.
