The bar under ones' name, is there to represent how many posts one has sent.

I predict that when you reach the number of 10 posts. One has a bar.

i am not sure why you dont have a bar, i can check why, but not at the moment, have some work to do at the moment, (bloody jobs they expect you to work for money these days)
