Any option files with ALL fake names corrected?

I just downloaded the GTM one believing that all the fake player names in the national teams had been created.

However I had a quick browse and found that Wales, Ukraine, Serbia and North Korea still had the fake players-and that's just a start.

Is there an option file that has ALL the names corrected? Not just the in-game players?

I did notice the problem that the appearances of the players need editing too; for example, Bodkin (Voronin) has medium length black hair, rather than long blonde hair in a ponytail.

For PS3 by the way

My v1.3 will have all fake players corrected, still searching for the squad list for the fake teams in Other Teams A (CSKA, Stabaek etc) so if anyone can help out with that list it would help me complete my file.
