Anyone got a PSP

Right i really want a psp now and i just wantedta know if anyone has imported a psp and can tell me if it is a good idea getting one now cos i can get one tommorrow if i wanted a importer shop by my house is selling them for £250 quid. Is it worth getting one or shall i just have to wait and btw everton are gowin ta win the champions league next year lol imagine that lol yues iam dreaming

£250 quid is a rip-off mate it is suppossed to cost half that in Japan. just import one from Japan if anything but to be honest i wouldnt say that they are worth getting.

Yes my friend has a PSP he got it off a English site that and he got it imported from Japan for £280 got it delievered in 2 days. He got memory card,metal gear sold acid rain,rage racer and other stuff.

Of course he does.But he moans about the games cause he cant understand what there saying in the game cause its in japanese.Also he thinks the space is being taking up too easily so he has had to buy extra card with more Space which costs like £120.

to be honest even if its only £100 i still wouldnt be swayed into buying one..i just think its kind of like GT4 Prologue a shitter version that they try to make more money off.

I dont see the point of getting a PSP although its going to be better then Nintendos DS as people are saying seems waste of money grpahics are same as PS2 only difference is its hand held wopppe! Like mick03 said just wait till march instead of getting it imported. Its is about £150-£200

Ok, I have played it, my cosuin got his on holiday from Dubai for £270.00ish.

GFX are superb! I played it and its great, games he got are shit htough.

I played the DS it's preety good aswell.I also heard pro evo 3.5 or something like that will be on the PSP.

Going on what I've heard I wouldn't get one. There's a PS3 round the corner (preview expected at the E3 Expo in May). It uses disks about the size of a minidisc which can hold 1.8gig, that's a long way short of a DVD capacity. 3D realtime graphics maybe but I can't see the games having the depth that we're used to on the PS2. The control system looks a bit strange too. Sony have already come up with the perfect hand controller and we the gamer, have adapted well to it. That could be a potential flaw in the hand held system.

Not for that absurd amount of money, I'll stick to my 100 dollar ps2 which plays vastly more entertaing games. I really don't need to play video games ALL the time, espcially at that price.
