I've just got myself a new Radeon X1300XT graphics card (256MB - AGP) as I figured it was time to upgrade, but PES6 runs like an absolute dog with it (much much much worse than it did with my old geforce 4200 Ti). I mean really terribly, totally unplayable. even the menus are slower. Strangely, the intro bits of games seem ok, but as soon as it gets to game time it just stops....jerks a couple of frames....stops...etc
Now i'm not convinced that there isn't some other problem with my machine, or that the card itself isn't faulty, but since i haven't had a chance to run some proper benchmarking (and i don't have any 'new' games to test the 3d performance) I just thought I would check here, really in the hope that someone with the same card will tell me that it works fine with their PES6.
thanks for the help.
PS: the rest of my system is basically, Athlon 2600, 1Gb ram.
