anyone know a good cmf formation

i have a 3 2 2 3 which has two cmf spots but im using 4 2 3 1 so i can play rb and lb but it is dmf so anyone know a good formation to play with cmf's apart from 4 2 2 2 which is quite an open formation?

best formation for me which might work for you is 4321 2 CMF, 1 DMF, 2 AMF, if you can pass patiently it can work well but you need good full backs as they provide the width and the AMFs are more like inverted wingers, I use Ribery and Ashley Young, it might not work so well if your best players are out and out wingers as I've had to discard some RMFs and LWF / RWF etc...
