Here are arsenals home kits for PS2:

SHIRT: Row 6, Column 3 (the shirt should be without a collar)
1st colour: Bottom White
2nd colour: 2nd red from bottom
3rd colour: Bottom white

SHORTS: Row 7, Column 1
1st colour: Bottom White
2nd colour: 2nd red from bottom
3rd colour: 2nd red from bottom

SOCKS: Row 3 Column 1
1st colour: Bottom White
2nd colour: 2nd red from bottom

The socks aren't white they're red with a yellow line at the top.

For the new Arsenal kit I used the Top that is supposed to be the Cameroon vest...
Make the body Red, Sleeves, Whit and the Piping Yellow...
All white shorts...
Red Socks with yellow piping...

I tried the adidas bayern munich shirt template (just made the sleeves white and the adidas stripes white - main body is red) I think the prominent feature of the Arsenal shirt is the amount of white on it this year. (not just the sleeves)
