BAL Mode Match Exp. Points

Hey everyone...

I'm in my second season and currently playing for BOCA, I'm usually in the starting line-up and play evey match for about 70 min. but I still get almost no match exp. points and sometimes not at all....is this how it's supposed to be? is there anything you can do to get more ?

Just play well... And don't skip matches. :)
