as my player develops, can he acquire dpecial skills (like- flip flap, roulette, the thing when press down and up ad he lifts the ball) ?

yes you have to have a certain amount of dribbling skill and technique to get em though

Not sure, but the down and up to chip the ball is a standard move I think. Roulette is definitely standard, but unless your skill is high enough you might flub it.

not all players have it.. even benzema doesnt have the roulette!! and i saw him use it a lot!!

the side step feint (press to shoot and cancel with x) always works a treat in BAL mode... i rip the arse out of that move and aqquired special dribbling after a season...

yeah i know.. i saw saw on youtube a pes master that could do a circle by dragging back the ball (search on youtube ronaldo most hated euro trick).. he said how to do it but i never could!!

You definitely can. You need 80 dribbling accuracy and 80 dribbling speed - then you get the 2 dribbling stars and then you can start doing the special moves - like the roulette.

You mean the slightly different version of the roulette? I think Rivaldo does that one too - it's like longer and more jerky rather than smooth and compact?

I don't think you can specify which one you get - but my dude only has the standard version of the roulette. Haven't tried the flick-flack as I don't find it very effective.

Both have their good and bad points really. Like you, I prefer the one that Tevez and Rivaldo use, mainly as it seems to give you hitting room. But the other is probably better for close dribbling, and actually getting round a few men in tight spaces.

The dummy (shot and pass together) is the best move against the AI though!
