I think the language is the difference.. WE is Japanese and PES is the English version... at least that's what I think.

To be honest i think Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas and Need For Speed Uunderground 2 are complete shite. i Got real bored of GTA:SA very quickly and NFSU2 is practicaly the same except fot more cars and accessories etc.
