As I have decided to invest in the Max Drive, where is the best place to download this from?

Simply click the link for the site and then go to the download link there. It works.

EditPES4OptionFile is an editor for Pro Evolution Soccer 4, WE8, WE8 International and WE8 Liveware Edition option files. It edits files coming from PC version, XBOX version, and PS2 version (via X-port).
