Best Stadiums (if you have slowdown)

If you do have any slowdown whatsoever, could you please list some of the stadiums that have very little slowdown... Before somebody tells me to search, i think it would be best for everybody with slowdowns, especially us in the USA who HAVE to play 60hz, if we made one thread that listed a couple of good stadiums. With these good stadiums i would recommend picking all the master league teams home stadiums from this list.

I've experienced practically none when I put attendance stars to zero for both and even when putting on full 3 stars. So that's a good one. But generally as a rule (as we all know from having WE8)it's better if the stadium you pick to play in has the crowd stands very much away from the field. If and when the crowd is right there next to the pitch then you'll always have slowdowns no matter what. I also have been experiencing tearing more in PES4. It's great to have it in English finally but i thought that the slowowns were greatly reduced at first, but they are not and PES4 seems to have the same problems in it's 60hz mode(the only mode I can play by the way :( ) that WE8 did in it's.
