Best US (REG.1) Option File for PS3?

i cant seem to find a good Option File for PS3 which works with the US version of PES2008. The best patch is the BuLi patch, but that is of EU and for the PC.

An option file with boots, kits, faces and stadiums with all these specs is impossible to find. If anyone has one that fits or is close please post a link. it would be much appreciated.
