yes, the england league is the best one that we could have or need,

just kits/elbems/color's and shirt name/numbers
and some boots and balls leave everything else maby?

i dont think its that hard.. hex editing is quite easy.. just don't touch the numbers which you don't know what they are. for team names i believe you don't need to change any numbers.. on the right side in winhex you see letters and the team names also.. i think you can easily change them to whatever youwant as long as they are just as long or shorter (as in letters used)
