No matter what play style I use when I play with them , they are slow , utter crap and effectiveless !!! 4-4-2 , 4-3-3 or 4-5-1 !!!
What do you think guys ? is there any thing I can do to use Boca effectively ??

I think you hit the nail on the head. Unless you use one of the big name clubs its gonna be hard for you to compete against them. I run into the same problem with River Plate.

It's a common problem with football related games. Two players who are equally fast in real life, but one is contracted to a major EU club and the other is contracted to a "lesser" club, there will be 10-15 points of Top Speed between them among other things.

I've seen this in Fifa, PES, Football Manager and more or less every footy related game I've ever seen.
